Langa Tours – Terms & Conditions
Langa Tours operates authentic cultural and township experiences in Cape Town, South Africa. By booking a tour, transfer, or any related service with Langa Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the client,” “guest,” or “participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
We take utmost care to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
However, by participating in any tour or activity, you acknowledge and accept that:
You participate at your own risk.
Langa Tours, its guides, affiliates, or partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, delay, accident, or death arising directly or indirectly from your participation in our tours or transport services.
You are responsible for your personal belongings, including cameras, mobile phones, and wallets.
We operate in public areas and cannot guarantee uninterrupted safety from third-party incidents beyond our control.
We recommend that all guests carry personal travel insurance covering health, injury, theft, and cancellations.
Bookings can be made via our official website, authorized travel partners, or directly through our booking office or WhatsApp channel.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in costs or availability.
We understand that plans can change.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Free cancellation if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled tour.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or missed pick-ups.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14–30 working days after approval.
Refunds are made via the same method of payment used during booking and may be subject to bank or transaction fees.
Langa Tours reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or minimum group requirements.
In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
Guests may request to reschedule their booking (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, community members, and other participants at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately, under the influence of alcohol, or causing disruption — without refund.
Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic or other factors beyond our control.
Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, modest clothing, and sunscreen for township and outdoor tours.
For tours or merchandise purchased via our website or social media channels:
Payment gateways are securely encrypted for your protection.
By submitting your payment, you authorize Langa Tours to process your booking according to the terms stated.
Any digital product or downloadable material sold on our website is non-refundable once accessed.
Guests may take photos and videos for personal use.
Commercial use or reproduction of images, videos, or content related to Langa Tours requires written permission.
Langa Tours may capture photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear must inform us in advance.
Langa Tours shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, riots, government restrictions, or technical failures.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Cape Town courts.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
